Safety first

The Cybex Aton Q i-Size car seat, when combined with the Cybex Base Q i-Size isofix base, is designed to meet the strictest ECE R-129 safety standards. Thanks to the telescopic L.S.P. system (Linear Side-impact Protection) and the energy-absorbing shell, the car seat effectively protects your child in the event of a side impact. This system minimises the kinetic energy of the impact and protects the child’s head and body during all phases of an accident. The safety belts and headrest work together to keep the child in the correct position.

Practical installation

You can easily secure the car seat using the Isofix base Base Q i-Size, which significantly increases comfort and safety. The base installation is quick and intuitive, and once secured, the car seat simply clicks into place. However, if your car does not have Isofix, it is possible to secure the car seat with a standard car seat belt. Both options provide a reliable hold, although belt installation requires a little practice.

Adjustable headrest

One of the key features of this car seat is the height-adjustable headrest, which allows easy adjustment for a growing child. With eight possible headrest positions, the car seat can be precisely adjusted to the child's height. This system also automatically adjusts the height of the seat belts, which makes handling easier and eliminates the need for manual adjustment.

Comfort for newborns and older children

The Cybex Aton Q i-Size is equipped with a soft, removable inlay that allows newborns and smaller children to lie in an almost flat position. This position supports healthy spinal development and minimises the risk of suffocation. Once the child grows, the inlay is easily removed, creating more space and allowing the car seat to be used until the child reaches a height of 75 cm.

Integrated sun canopy and travel system

The car seat includes a folding sun canopy with UV protection 50+, which can be adjusted to four positions. The sun canopy is not attached to the handle, which makes it easier to handle. Thanks to the adapters, the car seat can be fitted onto Cybex pushchairs as well as models from other manufacturers, making it an ideal travel system for parents who appreciate comfort and versatility in their daily activities.
