The Ei650RF smoke alarm is equipped with a special photoelectric sensor that quickly detects fine smoke particles. This optical alarm is sensitive to all types of domestic fires, but is particularly effective at detecting smouldering fires. Thanks to its sensitivity to low-energy smoke particles, it is suitable for detecting fires that may occur in bedrooms or living areas, for example, where smouldering often occurs for a long time before full ignition.

Discreet and silent in standby mode

In standby mode, no signals are visible or audible on the Ei650 alarms that could disturb the occupants of the house. This feature is ideal especially for placement in bedrooms or children's rooms, where it is important to maintain a peaceful sleep. The absence of unnecessary lights or sounds contributes to comfort and at the same time ensures the readiness of the alarm in the event of a fire.

Long-term power supply and wireless communication

The Ei650RF alarm is powered by a non-removable lithium battery with a 10-year lifespan, which corresponds to the lifespan of the entire device under normal use. This eliminates the need for frequent battery replacements. In addition, this alarm is equipped with a pre-installed RadioLINK+ Ei600MRF wireless module that enables communication with other compatible Ei Electronics devices and accessories. Up to 12 of these devices can be interconnected for a higher level of security.

Simple testing and silencing capability

The Ei650RF alarm is equipped with a large test button that facilitates regular functionality testing. During the test, the alarm volume increases gradually, ensuring comfort for the hearing. This button can also be used to silence unwanted alarms, for example when cooking, for a period of 10 minutes. This makes the alarm suitable for use in areas where false alarms may occur due to normal activities.

Automatic check and easy installation

The Ei650RF alarm automatically checks its sensor, battery voltage and internal circuits every 40 seconds. In the event of any fault, this is indicated by a combination of a red LED light and audible signals. Installation of the alarm is easy thanks to the rotating mounting base, which has multiple fixing points. The alarm will only be powered once it is attached to the base, saving battery power during storage and before installation.
