The SHF 1800 C1 fryer offers nine different functions in one appliance: frying, rotating grilling, meat roasting, pastry baking, gratinating, toasting, heating, stewing and drying. With an internal volume of approximately 12 litres and a rotating basket with a volume of 1.9 litres, the fryer is suitable for preparing meals for the whole family. The maximum capacity for chips is 750 grams, with an optimum quantity of 350 grams for best results.

Flexible settings and practical accessories

The fryer allows you to set the temperature in a wide range from 40 °C to 200 °C, covering the needs for various types of preparation, including drying food. The timer for normal programmes can be set from 1 to 60 minutes, while a timer of up to 24 hours is available for drying.
